Dr David Hett qualified from Guys Hospital Medical School in 1982. He spent over thirty years in the Royal Navy where he practised medicine in a wide range of environments, and during which time he accredited as a consultant anaesthetist.
Dr Hett joined Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, St Mary’s Portsmouth in 2007, where he has since become the hospital’s medical director. He has authored and co-authored a number of papers in international peer-reviewed journals and has presented numerous papers at national conferences.
