Biography

Professor Philip Chapman-Sheath was appointed at University Hospital Southampton in 2003 and appointed visiting professor in the department of physical sciences at the University of Southampton in 2019. He continues to teach and lecture at national and international educational courses annually and he regularly participates as a senior faculty member covering all aspects of modern elective orthopaedic knee surgical practice.

Professor Chapman-Sheath has presented as Invited Faculty at the German, Kenyan, Italian, South African and Romanian Orthopaedic National Congresses in recent years and regularly participates in both the European Knee Society open and closed meetings and the EFORT congress annually. He currently also participates in research in the novel electronic devices team in the department of electronics and computer studies at the University of Southampton.
