Adding to the two highly prestigious victories at the 2020 European Contact Centre Awards, Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) won two more awards on 20th June at the UK Contact Centre Awards, 2022 (UKCCA).
The event, held at the Old Billingsgate Market and hosted by TV chef Ainsley Harriott, was attended by over 1,000 peers from across the contact centre industry.
IUC were finalists in two categories and brought home a gold award for the Best Change and Innovation Team of the Year and a bronze award for the Best Health and Wellbeing Programme.
IUC service director, Kevin Brown, joined the praise for the winning teams, saying:
“There were over 1,000 attendees and 100 tables at the awards dinner and we were competing with big household brand names such as: Capita, Majestic Wines, Monzo Bank, City of Westminster, Ocado, ASOS, ATOS, DVLA, EDF, NatWest Group, Virgin Media, O2, Sky, Vodafone, RSA, Serco, Specsavers, John Lewis, Royal London, The Dorchester Collection, Naked Wines, Ovo Energy and many more.
“I am immensely proud of the fantastic industry award-winning work that teams in support of IUC have delivered to staff and patients, in order to provide exceptional service.
