Our services
We’re dedicated to delivering a high-quality experience for all patients, whether NHS or privately funded. That means everything from a friendly welcome when you visit us for hospital treatment to fast and effective resolutions of your health issue.
Our secondary care services range from hospitals, surgical centres and diagnostics to clinical assessment and treatment services (CATS). We work in partnership with local NHS trusts and commissioners to provide flexible care to meet the needs of local communities but welcome both NHS and private patients. We pride ourselves on the quality of our services and have some of the best patient outcomes in the country.
Our primary care teams span GP practices, out-of-hours GP services, NHS 111 and the provision of health care within the justice system. Our aim is to continue to be a market leader and we know we’ll get there by listening to the people who use and commission our services, and by regularly questioning our approach to delivering great care.
Our work with the NHS
While many of our services incorporate options for private access to treatment, we have a long and proud history of partnering with the NHS to offer services which are free at the point of access.
The main benefit of our partnership with the NHS is a better service for its patients. Working with a range of partners enables the NHS to ensure that patients are treated quickly and professionally in a location and at a time of their choosing. Together we can focus on improving the quality of service delivery, reducing waiting times and ensuring positive treatment outcomes for everyone.
- Our hospitals don’t deal with emergency cases and specialise in a select range of treatment; this means that the NHS patients who use our services know they will get the treatment that they were expecting, on the day they were expecting it.
- We use our ability to be agile and innovate to help the NHS introduce new ideas and ways of working; we’re always coming up with plans for improving the value we deliver to our NHS partners and the experience we give our patients.
